When you pay me you get full rights to resell the font, as well as use it personally and commercially.
You must pay me 20% of your revenue from reselling the font (this transfers to anyone who buys the font from you or further resellers as well)
You can put more restrictive licenses on the font that you sell, but you cannot remove my 20% revenue share.
You lose all rights if payment is not received, is revoked or the 20% revenue split is not followed.
You can't claim that you created the font.

- Terms
Font
A font refers to any collection of characters meant to be drawn by the text rendering systems of computers or typographical systems.
Use of Pronouns
In this document, the terms "I" and "You" are used. The term "I" refers to the Seller (Nuyube), and "You" refers to the Buyer (the one purchasing the font.)
- Transference of Rights
When a font is sold to you:
I retain irrevocable, perpetual rights to use the font in any manner except reselling it (unless you give express permission).
You obtain the irrevocable and perpetual (with the exception of conditions expressed in Section 4) rights described in Section 3.
- Granted Rights
You have the right to resell the font.
You must provide 20% of the revenue to me.
This condition transfers to anyone who purchases this font, even if they purchased "further downstream."
Failure to provide the 20% revenue share will be subject to the conditions of Section 4.
You may add conditions to the resale of the font so long as it does not prevent the 20% revenue share described in 3.1.1.
You must provide a copy of these terms to anyone who purchases the font from you.
You have the right to use the font in any personal or commercial setting.
You do not have the right to claim you created the font, but do not have to credit me when it is used.
- Failure of Payment
In the case that payment is not received, is refunded, or is charged back (forcibly refunded):
You surrender all of your rights to the font and I obtain full rights once again.
You must immediately stop using the font.
You cannot use the font, resell it, or otherwise associate yourself with the font.
In the case that you continue to use the font without rights, you may be subject to legal action.
- Revenue Split
There is a 20% revenue split on resale of the font. On the first of every month, you must transfer me 20% of the revenue of font resale for the previous month.
- Survival
The terms of this agreement persist in perpetuity until both parties agree to no longer be bound by them.
